ANIMALS
No pets please/Dexter and Millie the Cats.  2 CATS-They do roam the ENTIRE house but you can close your room door once you are here if you are not a cat lover.

Children over 10 welcome

Two night minimum on weekends FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Three night minimum on Holiday weekends (Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day)

Deposit:
1st night deposit is required at the time of reservation

Cancellation Policy:
1.  Refunds will be given up to 15 days before arrival date (less a $25 processing fee). 
2.  If you cancel within the 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable
    and your card will be charged half of the room rate any subsequent days.
3.  If you cancel within 48 hours or less before check in time, you will be responsible for your entire stay.

We understand situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, but we must institute a business policy.

No Show or Early Departures:
You will be responsible for and charged for your entire stay.

Wine Packages:
A 1 night room deposit is required at the time of reservation and then the following:
1.  If you cancel before 15 days of your arrival date, you will be charged half the wine tour portion of  your package.
2.  If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, you will be charge the full amount of the wine tour portion of your package..
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL A SATURDAY WINE TOUR!

**HWS Graduation, Reunion, Orientation, Parent's, Wedding weekends are
NON-REFUNDABLE**

Wedding Weekends:
All rooms can be rented out for wedding weekends however there will be a one time additional charge of $250 added to the final bill. 

Off Season rates and discounts do not include any Holidays or Valentine's Day.

Prices Subject to change without notice & are based on double occupancy.


Late Check Out:
**Late check out charge $25 per hour**

Damage Policy:
***We understand accidents happen from time to time, any damages, mishaps or destruction to the property during your stay will be charged accordingly.***
